Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Verify your email to unlock full features.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The fantasy game
The Leadout is a free-to-play fantasy game played for fun and bragging rights. It is not gambling: there is no entry fee, no wagering, and no cash prizes. Leagues are private competitions among people you invite.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service.
- Post abusive, harassing, or unlawful content in clubhouse chat or profiles.
- Scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. images), and you grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service. Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to.
Race data & third parties
Rider, race, and gear information is compiled from public sources and our own research and is provided “as is.”We strive for accuracy but can't guarantee it — sponsorships and equipment change, and results can be revised. The Leadout is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the UCI. Some outbound links are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Leadout is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for a free service, is zero).
Termination
You can delete your account any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
